1.Coconut-Strawberry Smoothie

Coconut is best for everything.  It cures our skin, hair, helps us to keep up with our health while strawberries provide us with Vitamin C which helps us fight against acne.

The Recipe:

1.Place, strawberries, and coconut milk into a blender and blend on high until smooth.
2.If the smoothie is too thick for your taste, add some water and blend.
3. Add flaked coconut and blend on high for about 15 seconds or until fully incorporated.


2.Banana-Almond-Flax Smoothie

Flax heals your skin and hair and is even recommended by dieticians worldwide. It evens out skin tone ensuring we must look pretty! The banana provides with Vitamin B which is an essential for good skin and almonds cure dark circles and brings a shine on our faces.

The Recipe:

1.To a blender add banana, almond milk, Greek yogurt, almond butter, ground flaxseed, honey and almond extract. Blend until combined then add ice if desired and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.



3.Mango- Vanilla Smoothie

The Recipe:

1.Add mango and curd in a blender and blend to make a smooth paste.

2.Add milk and blend well.

3.Scrap the seeds from inside the vanilla bean and add them to the smoothie.

4.Mix well.

5.Add sugar and blend till sugar is dissolved.

6.Pour into serving glasses.

7.Garnish with mint leaves.

8.You can add a few ice cubes if you wish.

  1. Blend Strawberries, banana, oatmeal together with a tbsp of yogurt and 1/2 glass of milk.

1.Refrigerate papaya until very cold, at least 1 hour or overnight.

2.Blend papaya, ice, yogurt, ginger, honey, and lemon juice in a blender. Add up to 1/4 cup water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until mixture is smooth and thinned to desired consistency. Blend in mint leaves. Garnish with mint sprigs.
